Moving Forward's services help your organization grow more confident and successful managers. Our methodology combines one-on-one coaching with the development of essential managerial and leadership skills.
How We Work We initiate the project with discussions with senior management regarding their goals and expectations for the coaching and skill development. These goals and expectations will be carried throughout the project.Coaching begins with two one-hour meetings with each manager where we establish the focus, goals and measures for our coaching and the means by which the manager will reach their goals. Our goals, means and measures will be submitted to senior management for their review and input as the coaching begins. Once the two meetings are completed, we begin regular in-person coaching meetings or calls, using phone, Skype or other conferencing system. These meetings or calls can be held on a weekly or biweekly basis and can last for 30, 45 or 60 minutes. If desired, monthly progress reports can be prepared for senior management. At the conclusion of our coaching, each manager will review and report on progress made and their learning from the coaching and skill development.
